• Transparency is huge for us and what that means is we try to document as much as possible with photos of the work being completed unless instructed otherwise. This value goes hand in hand with privacy and respect. The purpose of photos is to cover everyone if there is any doubt in the projects’ procedure/

• Communication is key to home owners and property managers alike for where the projects stands in all phases. If issues arise you can rest assured that we will handle it AND let you decide how to proceed. Some property managers prefer to be hands off and just want the job complete without constant updates. If that is the case we will simply recap work completed in our detailed invoices that include photos.
